Social Impact Career Exploration

ACCP’s 2022 Advancing Equity in the Corporate Social Impact Profession report noted the need to create a diverse talent pipeline into the corporate social impact field and demystify to better reflect the communities we serve.

In an attempt to pay it forward for the many hours I’ve been mentored, I’ll be facilitating virtual bi-monthly Social Impact Career Exploration Sessions for jobseekers.

These open houses will be casual gatherings to connect and learn more about the evolving world of social impact.

While this opportunity is open to all, my hope is that we make space for the following communities:

  • LGBTQ+

  • Black, Indigenous, or Person of Color

  • Community organizers

  • Former military/military spouse

  • Folks who grew up low-income

  • Individuals with a disability

  • Current student or alumni of HBCU, HSI, or identify as first-gen

If you feel this space has been designed for you, please sign up for a session below.

If you feel this space has not been designed for you, check out my CSR Resource guide linked here.

Thank you for your allyship.

I want to take a moment to gently “call you in” and encourage you to reflect
